The FitLife M5 has a compact, unisex design and offers a battery life of 3-5 days on a single charge. You can pair it with your phone using the included app, allowing you to make calls, view incoming messages and notifications, set alarms, and activate many of its useful features. Step count, distance, and calories burned: Thanks to the built-in G sensor, the device accurately counts the number of steps taken, meters traveled, and calculates the number of calories burned based on this data. Cardiovascular measurements: The device provides a comprehensive overview of pulse, blood pressure, and blood oxygen levels simultaneously. The measurement takes approximately 17 seconds, and its accuracy largely depends on the measurement conditions. As with any medical device, it's important to be in a relaxed state, keep your arm at heart level, and turn the device to the inside of your wrist. Sleep quality monitoring: The device monitors the actual amount of sleep you get and finalizes the data approximately one hour after waking up, which can be viewed on the display. Multisport function: The bracelet has three sport profiles (running, jump rope, sit-ups) that track the effectiveness of your workout based on the calories burned, taking into account the specific movements of each activity. Two additional sports (walking, cycling) can be started from the app, but in these cases, the phone must remain within the bracelet's range. Messages/Notifications: The bracelet indicates calls, SMS messages, and notifications from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WeChat, QQ, Line, and WhatsApp with a vibration, and also displays the caller's information and a 15-character snippet of the notification, provided there is an active Bluetooth connection. FitPro: Like most smart devices, this device offers its full range of capabilities through a downloadable app for your smartphone. The biometric data you provide will improve the accuracy of the measurements, which can also be viewed retrospectively.
